
The Department of Civil, Construction, and Environmental Engineering offers a diverse range of programs leading to the master of science in civil engineering, master of science in engineering (environmental engineering), and doctor of philosophy degrees. Both thesis and non-thesis options are available in the two masters degree programs. The department has four core areas of graduate education and research: Transportation Engineering, Structural Engineering and Materials, Construction Engineering and Management, and Environmental and Water Resources Engineering. Extensive,well-equipped laboratory facilities are provided for graduate research and instruction in these and other areas.
